Thanks to the generosity of the ESF International Kindergarten in Tsing Yi, DB Mothers & Friends proudly redistributed about 100 children’s chairs, 9 round tables, 14 rectangle tables and 17 half hexagon table to Diamond Hill Baptist Church on Monday morning. These donations are going to be used in the church’s upcoming kindergarten establishment in Diamond Hill. Glad to recycle and redistribute!!
In the afternoon, we were so glad to have Nydia, our new DB volunteer mom, joining us to redistribute her useful resources for refugees in HK! She gracefully brought with her donations of many shoes, men clothes and a lot of boy socks and underwear . I was so glad to arrange the director of the Refugee Union, Raymond, to pick up her donations from Central pier 3 directly from her.
By the end of the day, a lot of cheerful smiles were made by our generosity and effort. Super thanks to all the support by everyone of you!
We shall have 2 donation collection days this week, Friday 15th & Saturday 16th, cooperated with Crossroads Foundation. May you have any unwanted but useful furniture, electronic appliances, household items, toys and books etc, kindly pm me the picture, your address and contact number. I shall arrange the earliest collection slot for you.
May our unwanted resources be the treasure of less fortunate in HK and the rest of the world.
